The quotations give individuals in the larger community a chance to have their voices represented by expressing their thoughts, feelings and ideas. Displacement and Belonging in the Contemporary World. An Interdisciplinary Postgraduate Conference, 6-7 September 2007. A forum for the arts, media, and social sciences. Presentations are welcome from fields such as politics, philosophy, anthropology, religions and theology, geography, sociology, psychology, literature, history, classics, translation studies, visual and screen studies, and the performing arts.
