Jane Williams is an Australian poet and short fiction writer living in Tasmania. She was born in England in 1964. She is a poet and short story writer. Her collections of poems are Outside Temple Boundaries (Five Islands Press 1998) and The Last Tourist (Five Islands Press 2006). Awards for her poetry include the Fellowship of Australian Writers’ Anne Elder Award, the Bruce Dawe Poetry Prize and the D.J.O’Hearn Memorial Fellowship.
