Amelia Walker is a twenty three year old writer and nurse from Adelaide, Australia. She began performing her poetry in pubs and cafes when she was sixteen and has been heavily involved in the spoken word community ever since, performing at events such as the Big Day Out (SA), the Overload Poetry Festival (VIC), the This Is Not Art Festival (NSW), the Queensland Poetry Festival, the WA Spring Poetry Festival and the SA Writers Festival.
